Who We Are

Perfect Resources LLC ("Perfect Resources," "we," "us," or "our") provides Human Capital Management support, training, implementation services, and Perfect Resources CRM, an externally available multi-tenant customer relationship management and social publishing service currently offered as a public beta. Our company website is www.perfectresource.net.

Information We Collect

When an authorized user operates the CRM, we may process:

• Business contact, organization, account, and authentication information.
• CRM records such as leads, contacts, companies, activities, tasks, and communications.
• Draft content, media URLs, publishing destinations, schedules, and publication history.
• Connected social account identifiers, display names, profiles, pages, channels, and Pinterest boards.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens supplied by connected platforms.
• Post-performance information such as impressions, views, clicks, saves, likes, comments, and shares.
• Operational logs used to secure, diagnose, and maintain the service.

We do not request or store social-network passwords for OAuth-connected services.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Operate and secure the CRM.
• Connect social accounts at the direction of an authorized user.
• List authorized publishing destinations, including Pinterest boards.
• Schedule and publish original Perfect Resources content selected by the user.
• Retrieve and display post status and performance analytics.
• Provide support, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Connected Platforms

Social integrations use the official APIs and authorization systems of each connected platform. Platform data is used only to connect accounts and destinations authorized by the workspace owner, publish user-approved content, and retrieve available status and performance information. Use of platform data is also governed by the applicable platform's terms and privacy policies.

Sharing and Sale of Information

We do not sell personal information or social-platform data. We disclose information only to service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the CRM; to a connected platform when an authorized user requests an action; when required by law; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Security and Retention

We use role-based access controls, tenant separation, encrypted credential storage, and transport encryption. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain publication history, satisfy contractual or legal duties, and resolve disputes. No security control eliminates all risk.

Your Choices and Deletion

Authorized users can disconnect a social account in CRM Settings. Disconnecting disables future use of its credentials. Users may also revoke access from the connected platform. Requests to access, correct, or delete information can be sent to outreach@perfectresource.net. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, legal compliance, or transaction history.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
