Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms govern use of Perfect Resources CRM, an externally available multi-tenant CRM and social publishing service currently offered as a public beta. By using the service, you represent that you are authorized to act for the applicable organization and agree to these Terms.
Authorized Use
The CRM is intended for legitimate business operations, including customer relationship management, content review, scheduling, publishing, and analytics. You must protect your account, follow applicable laws, and use connected services in accordance with their developer policies and terms.
Connected Social Accounts
Connecting a social account authorizes the CRM to perform only the actions approved during the platform's authorization flow. You are responsible for selecting the correct account, page, channel, or board and for reviewing content before scheduling it. You may disconnect or revoke an integration at any time.
Content
You retain responsibility for content submitted through the CRM. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish the text, images, video, links, and other materials you schedule. You must not publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or platform-prohibited content.
Third-Party Services
Social networks, hosting providers, and other third parties operate independently and may change their APIs, permissions, review requirements, fees, availability, or content rules. Perfect Resources does not control those services and cannot guarantee that every scheduled publication will be accepted or remain available.
Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features to protect the service, comply with legal or platform requirements, or improve operations. We may also impose reasonable limits to protect reliability and security.
Disclaimer and Limitation
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Perfect Resources disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for outages, moderation decisions, API restrictions, or other acts of third-party platforms. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
We may restrict access where use creates security, legal, or platform-compliance risk. On termination, rights to use the service end, while provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
